uhm hello?

i stumbled upon my blog. yea, STUMBLED.
well i have so much to say i'm actually pretty speechless.

uni's been awesome. one thing im certain, i'm really glad i did not conform to society, taking a course that 'might' guarantee me a job, not that there's anything wrong with carving a bright delightful future for yourself. i thought long and hard, weighing which course i should take; Architecture or Mass Comm. decided on the latter though.


"But Architecture is so glam!"
"Architecture in UWA is goooooooooooooooooood"(mumbles something like people would kill to get into uwa but you rejected it)
"Everyone's doing mass comm!"
"What? What comm? Do what wan?"


it was more like a Fuck-that-i-cant-make-a-decision-so-i'll-pick-what-i've-wanted-to-do-and-not-give-a-shit-about-what-people-might-say kinda choice.
im tired of working hard at stuff i don't like just because it's the right way to go.
after all it's only a 3 year course. i'll only be 21 when im done.
Dad does not print money but he does not wanna deprive me of my passion either.

and contrary to popular belief, partying is not my passion.
i enjoy good nights out but it's not my lifestyle.

i actually like how my life revolves around the media studios now.
it's just....
like a sigh of relief knowing for once, i made the right choice(:
